Terms And Conditions
By engaging Auto Pulse Electrics for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which apply to all installations, repairs, upgrades, and services provided.
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if additional parts, labour, or unforeseen issues arise. A deposit may be required before work begins, and full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until payment is received in full.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Deposits may be non-refundable if insufficient notice is given, and we reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Installation workmanship is covered under a specified warranty period (e.g., 12 months), and manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
For customer-supplied parts, Auto Pulse Electrics is not responsible for performance, compatibility, or warranty. Additional labour charges may apply if supplied parts are faulty or incompatible.
Customers must disclose any known electrical faults or prior modifications before work begins. While every care is taken, Auto Pulse Electrics is not liable for pre-existing faults, hidden damage, or unrelated mechanical failures. We are also not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.
Security products, such as alarms, immobilisers, and tracking devices, reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention of theft or damage. Auto Pulse Electrics is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring after installation.
Special-order items may not be refundable, and all refunds are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
