Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
At Auto Pulse Electrics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Within 30 days of delivery: Full refund of the product price.
31–60 days after delivery: Refund issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
After 60 days: Returns are not accepted.
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service
Before returning any item, please contact us at autopulseelectrics@gmail.com to request return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or not processed.
2. Ship the Product
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after the item is received.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a functional issue (for example, it does not power on), please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Please use only the product's original accessories. Damage or malfunction caused by non-original parts or improper installation is not covered under our warranty or return policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, please do not open the package. Contact our customer service team for return instructions once it arrives.
